English is the most widely spoken language in business around the world. If you own a company and have projects or business dealings in other countries, but you and/or your team lack the linguistic skills for effective communication, I can help you assess your team's potential, evaluate employees' language levels, set learning goals, and monitor progress periodically through performance reports. I offer courses focused on business or general English. I also teach Portuguese if you have expatriate professionals who need to learn our language.

Regarding training courses for your employees

Workload
Twice a week, or more, for 60 or 90 minutes. The greater the exposure to the language, the faster the results will be.

Format
Online classes via Zoom.

Teaching materials
The company chooses high-quality textbooks, always adopting them. For general English classes, textbooks from the Cengage (National Geographic) collections are used, and for business-oriented courses, textbooks from Pearson are employed. The textbook serves as a source for content sequencing; additional material is used in class for dynamics and personalized activities.

Level assessment process

1. A quick phone conversation to verify prior knowledge of the language;

2. Online written assessment;

3. Online interview to assess oral communication skills;

4. Evaluation report for the company.

For beginners, there will be an interview to get to know the student and their goals.
